During this drive-through event, please remain in your cars – volunteers will unload and assess your donations for you. Traffic is one way. The entrance to the ReStore’s back parking lot is on Shepard St. and the exit is along the far side of the building onto Andover St.

Please note: There is no dumpster on site.
If an item isn’t accepted, please be prepared to bring it home.

Donations for REUSE:

all items must be in clean and working condition, ready for reuse/resale

Homegoods:

Housewares such as vases, frames, artwork, lamps, collectibles, dish sets, silverware sets, glass sets, pots & pans etc. Small appliances such as toasters, coffee makers, etc. Small furniture such as end/coffee tables, bookshelves, chairs, etc. Rugs up to 8×10, lawn & garden items, hand and power tools

not accepted:
No paint, hazardous material, flourescent bulbs, used fixtures, ceiling fans, particle board, window screens or sashes, mattresses,
single piece glassware or silverwear, baby equipment, electronics

Books/CDs:

Hard and soft cover books, audio books, CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, video games and consoles,
board games, puzzles

not accepted:
No encyclopedias, text books more than 5 years old, or magazines

Children’s Items (new category!)

New or gently used clothing and winter coats, sizes birth – teen (including adult sizes if teen-style); baby equipment (Pack n Plays, Bassinets, Strollers, High Chairs (w/applicable safety straps), Baby Swings, Baby walkers, Exersaucers, Bumbo seats, Boppy Pillows, Crib/Bassinet bedding (excluding crib bumpers); diapers (Newborn – size 8 and all sizes of Pull Ups), wipes and cream; small handheld toys, board games, wooden puzzles (up to 50 pieces).

not accepted:
No stained, dirty, torn items. No changing tables, rocking chairs, formula/baby food or outdoor toys.

Donations for RECYCLING:

Metal:

Steel, aluminum, copper, brass, lead, iron, stainless, precious metals. Anything metal such as electric motors, car batteries and non-working lawn mowers, snow blowers, appliances, washers, dryers, weed wackers, power equipment

not accepted:
No hazardous waste, fluids, gas, oil, trash, lithium ion. Engines must be drained
